Food product categories expected to see substantial growth include frozen and chilled fruits, seafood, canned tuna, frozen shrimp, and increasing popular products like healthy foods and drinks, specialized foods, halal products, and high-quality processed foods. This growth is also influencing the packaging industry, with the total value reaching 1.10 trillion dollars in 2023 and projected to increase to 1.33 trillion dollars by 2028. Fueled by the growth of the food and beverage industry, the design and use of environmentally friendly, biodegradable materials, and the shift to flexible packaging, these signs are positive for the entire Thai manufacturing sector.
