A: ProPak Asia will happen on 11-14 June 2025 at BITEC, Bangkok. The show starts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

A: You may pre-register online by visiting our website at https://www.propakasia.com/ and click Visitor Registration or Group Visitor Registration for 5 and more registrants. Complete the form and click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation email thereafter. Print the email and present it at the Pre-Registered counter onsite.

Walk-ins are allowed; however, walk-in registrants might experience longer queues.

A: ProPak Asia is free of charge, but is only open for trade, business and professional visitors.

A: The general public and minors below the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the exhibition for safety and security reasons.

A: To serve better and maintain the quality of our visitors, we don't allow our visitors to wear shorts, sandos and slippers.

A: In compliance with Thailand's comprehensive surveillance procedure, recommendations, and the safety guidelines set out by the World Health Organisation (WHO), we have implemented extra safety measures, as follows:

  1. Install infrared thermal scan units and equipment to monitor for fever above 37.5 degree Celsius on concourses for special screening.
  2. Disinfectant spray in service-space and common areas on a daily basis.
  3. Increase frequency of cleaning and assign extra cleaners to sanitize touch points in all areas i.e. lifts, escalators, doorknobs, etc.
  4. Provide hand free sanitizers at all key entrances and information counters.
  5. Increase extra cleaning and filters changing of air-conditioning units.
  6. Operate air ventilation of all areas before service-hours on daily basis.
  7. Provide knowledge and signage of safety guidelines and the symptoms that may relate to the virus on public areas with the contact of Department of Disease Control Hotline 1422.
